Your one stop shop for yoga & fitness! Yogarina Flow & Yogarina Fit signature series by Beau Campbell. The library includes a variety of yoga from power to slow flow. Fitness series includes body weight classes as well as strength training and cardio. Fit focus gives you short bursts focused on a certain body part. Classes added monthly.

Yogarina Series

YogarinaFLOW® is a dance infused yoga practice focused fluidity of transitions and finding new pathways from one pose to the next. The class includes a dynamic vinyasa flow with an emphasis on breath linked movement; blending elements of dance with free movement and personal expression. Come unlock your creativity and unique style with this fun, energetic dance flow!

Fitness

Yogarina fit classes-This is where you feel the burn- work through it and come out feeling empowered and ready to take inspired action! The class is a mix of ballet barre, fitness, pilates & cardio. WE get the heart rate up, tone the muscles, dance it out and stretch to finish. Also included are fit focus segments that are short and have a specific focus.

Yoga

Vinyasa yoga- Beau's classes are creative, dynamic and educational. There is a variety of slow flow practices as well as power! Playlists are linked for some classes and her Spotify library has hundreds of playlists to pair with your classes!
