Empowered Pregnancy


This is a prenatal yoga course broken down by trimester so you can feel empowered to move your body through all the stages of your pregnancy. There are practices for the days you have more energy and days where rest will serve you best. The classes range from vinyasa flow to restorative and meditation. There are 2 bonus prenatal fitness classes as well.
